Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of kaizn.dk and to orders placed with KAIZN, a brand operated by Lirens (CVR 45400050), Gyldenstenvej 19, 5230 Odense M, Denmark. By placing an order you agree to them.

KAIZN Products & KAIZN Manufacturing

KAIZN Products sells performance hardware. KAIZN Manufacturing produces custom parts, currently using FDM 3D printing. For manufactured parts, the price shown in the configurator is an estimate. We review each part and send a firm quote; an order is only formed once you pay that quote. We may decline a file we can't print safely and will tell you why.

Your files & responsibilities

• You keep all rights to the 3D files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to quote, produce, and ship your order.
• You confirm you have the right to have the part made and that it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property or any law.
• We may refuse to produce parts that are unlawful, unsafe, weapons or weapon components, or that infringe third-party rights.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Freight is added at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify.

Production & delivery

Typical turnaround is 3–5 working days from payment, plus shipping. Times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Liability

We produce parts to the specification and orientation you provide. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the suitability of a part for a particular purpose you chose, nor for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall under the Danish courts, without affecting mandatory consumer protections.
