Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights. It does not affect your mandatory rights under EU and Danish consumer law.

Stock products — 14-day right of withdrawal

For standard, non-customised products, EU consumers have 14 daysfrom receiving the goods to withdraw, no reason needed. Return the item unused and in its original condition, and we'll refund the purchase price (return shipping is your responsibility unless the item was faulty). To start, email hello@kaizn.dk.

Custom 3D prints — made to order

Parts printed from your uploaded file are made to your specification. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Art. 16(c)), the 14-day withdrawal right does not applyto goods made to the customer's specification or clearly personalised. Because production starts specifically for you, custom prints generally can't be cancelled or returned once approved and paid.

If something is wrong

This never limits your rights if a part arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described. If a print is defective or we got the spec wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number — we'll reprint it or refund you. You have a statutory right to a remedy for defective goods.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. You'll get an email when it's processed.
